The Jet-Flo Sand Blender is a high-speed continuous blender designed to give a highly efficient binder/sand mixture. This gives usable molds at lower binder content resulting in reduced operating costs over other types of blending machines. All types of no-bake binder systems now on the market are readily mixed by our sand blender including the heavier binder systems such as alkyd oil and sodium silicate.
Flexible design configurations make our mixer adaptable for most core and molding areas. Our standard models cover most applications and we have custom designed equipment for special requirements when requested.
